The promoter of this competition is Elevate Interior Solutions (“Elevate”).
2.1 The competition is open to attendees of the FIS Awards event aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of Elevate Interior Solutions, associated agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion may enter but are not eligible to win unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3.1 Participants must follow all instructions provided by event staff.
3.2 Only official challenge times recorded by Elevate staff will be valid.
3.3 Only participants achieving a time of over 60 seconds and appearing on the official leaderboard will qualify for entry into the prize draw.
3.4 Event staff reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation at any time for safety or behavioural reasons.
3.5 Visibly intoxicated individuals may not be permitted to participate.
4.1 All qualifying leaderboard participants will be entered into the prize draw automatically.
4.2 The prize draw winner will be selected at random at 7:00pm on the night of the event at The Swan Pub, Hyde Park, London.
4.3 The winner must be present or contactable at the time of the draw unless otherwise agreed by Elevate.
4.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, Elevate reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4.5 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.6 Elevate reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
5.1 Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion.
5.2 Participants may stop the challenge at any time.
5.3 Elevate accepts no responsibility for injury or loss arising from failure to follow staff instructions or from reckless behaviour.
6.1 Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
6.2 By participating, entrants consent to the use of their image, likeness, and challenge footage by Elevate Interior Solutions across digital, social, and marketing channels unless they request otherwise at the event.
7.1 Personal data supplied during the competition will only be processed for the administration of the competition and related event communications in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
7.2 Entrants’ contact details will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8.1 Elevate reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8.2 By participating in the challenge, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
8.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
