1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Elevate Interior Solutions, United Kingdom (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 This prize draw is open to businesses registered in the United Kingdom and their representatives aged 18 or over.
2.2 Entries must be submitted on behalf of a business (B2B). Consumer or personal entries are not eligible.
2.3 Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must complete the entry form provided by the Promoter during the promotional period.
3.2 No purchase is necessary.
3.3 Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, automated, or suspicious.
4. Promotional Period
The prize draw opens upon publication Tuesday 2nd December and closes on Friday, 5th December at 5pm. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
5. Prize
5.1 Two winners will be drawn, the first will win prize number one and the second will win prize number 2:
5.2 Only one prize will be awarded per winner.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
5.4 Should the advertised prize become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 4 days of the closing date.
6.2 The winner will be announced on Tuesday, 9th December and notified using the contact details provided on the entry form.
6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
